Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, driving brand awareness and audience growth.

You will oversee daily content creation, scheduling, paid campaigns, community management, and cross‑team collaboration to keep all posts on brand and results‑oriented. Diploma or higher required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights.
• Lead community management by engaging with followers and responding to comments.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to keep content on-brand and aligned.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns including Meta Ads to drive reach and conversions.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to maintain content quality.

Job description

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms
• Manage and oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead community management efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building meaningful online relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure all social media content is on-brand and strategically aligned
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including Meta Ads and sponsored content to drive reach and conversions
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective
• Oversee and mentor junior social media team members to maintain consistent quality and output across all channels
