Job summary

SOLIOUS MARKETING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to build and maintain positive relationships with the community, promote programs and services, organize outreach activities, and represent the organization at events.

You will develop partnerships with community members, schools, businesses and local stakeholders, conduct outreach to raise awareness, coordinate events, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports while upholding an inclusive, respectful image.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, Marketing, Community Development or related field.
• Experience in community outreach, customer service, public relations, events, sales, or nonprofit work is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, schools, businesses, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of the organization’s programs and services.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, workshops, and public activities.
• Organize and coordinate community engagement events and initiatives.
• Distribute informational materials and communicate program information effectively.
• Identify community needs, concerns, and opportunities for collaboration.
• Collect community feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams.
• Work with partners and volunteers to support outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, attendance, and outcomes.
• Prepare basic reports on outreach activities and community engagement.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful, and positive image of the organization.
• Perform other duties related to community engagement as assigned.
