Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PA operations and supervise the PA attendants.
• Inspect public areas to uphold cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Assign duties, monitor performance and manage attendance.
• Ensure SOP and safety compliance; handle equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth operations.
• Train, coach and guide staff on procedures and safety.
• Record daily checklists and reports and respond to guest feedback.
