Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates with a psychology background to develop and oversee volunteer programmes and initiatives at our Singapore location.

The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, activation processes and morale initiatives, with emphasis on independent work and strong interpersonal skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology; good honours or higher preferred.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Home Team environment advantageous.
• Good spoken and written English; proficiency in another language advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and frameworks to support volunteer officers.
• Coordinate and facilitate volunteer activation processes.

• Facilitate onboarding of newly appointed volunteers.
• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities.
• Develop and enhance volunteer management frameworks.
• Support psychological first aid and morale management initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and enhancements of programme initiatives.
• Work closely with management to provide professional consultation.
• Support other victim care-related initiatives and departmental functions.

Salary: $3,800 - $4,800 per month

Requirements
