Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customer and Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of issues.
• Perform on-site installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize tool performance to meet process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment; instruct juniors in operation and maintenance.
• Oversee training and certification of junior staff in their areas of responsibility.
• Apply knowledge of multiple processes across technologies to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
• Manages PSEs providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
• Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs Junior PSEs and customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Oversee training and certification of Junior PSEs into their areas of assigned responsibility
• Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies

• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
