Job summary

Applied Materials South East Asia in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to assist in coordinating project activities from planning through implementation. The position requires collaboration with internal customers to ensure timely delivery and revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide informal guidance to new team members. Candidates should have a willingness to support after-office-hour tasks when necessary.

  • Help to manage Systems and/or NSOs from conception to shipment.
  • On occasion will interface with external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help to prepare project plan & coordinate project activities from planning to implementation, and shipments.
  • Coordinate project schedules and task details. Help to prepare reports, tracking charts, and project scheduling.
  • Help to align the progress of the internal/external resources to meet project on‑time delivery and revenue objectives.
  • Work with internal customers from various functional groups to clear any obstacles that may arise (requirements may be outside business process).
  • Help to manage Systems and/or NSOs from conception to shipment, and including administrative duties as directed.
  • On occasion will interface with external suppliers; monitor; and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.
  • Job function may require after office hour assistance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
