Job summary

Lonza Singapore, Science Park Facility, is launching a Career Conversion Program (CCP) focused on protein characterization using mass spectrometry and analytical methods. The role is fully site-based within the Lab Services team, offering hands-on learning and exposure to GMP-compliant pharmaceutical development environments.

Successful candidates will develop skills across cell culture development, purification development and analytical services under supervision, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant Science field.
• Understanding of theory and application of mammalian cell culture for production of protein production, purification and analysis.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in automation/lab analytics activities.

Responsibilities

• Daily equipment verification under supervisor guidance.
• Media/buffer preparation and goods receiving.
• Document results in accordance with Lonza policies and cGMP.
• General laboratory support including housekeeping and inventory of supplies.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and driving operational efficiency.
• Any other duties assigned.
