Lonza Singapore, Science Park Facility, is seeking an Analyst, Development Services - Analytical Development to support analytical testing of antibodies and recombinant proteins. The role covers HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, qPCR and ELISAs, with exposure to high-throughput platforms such as Bravo, Hamilton and GXII.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant Science field or Equivalent.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in analytical testing.
• Practical laboratory experience in analytical testing for antibodies or recombinant proteins.
• Understanding of recombinant protein production, purification and analysis.
• Good understanding and application of cGMP concepts.
• Experience in automation of laboratory systems would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of analytical testing on antibodies and other therapeutic recombinant proteins.
• Demonstrate knowledge across test methods including capillary electrophoresis, HPLC/UPLC, qPCR and ELISAs including high throughput versions.
• Perform method troubleshooting and optimization.
• Exercise technical discretion in execution and interpretation of experiments supporting study goals.
• Deliver high standards of documentation and study reports.
• Identify unusual results and participate in investigations.
• Maintain awareness of phase-appropriate regulatory and quality expectations for analytical studies.
