Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd in Singapore invites you to join the Career Conversion Program (CCP). The 15‑month training combines on‑the‑job learning at the Science Park Facility with hands‑on experience in protein characterization using mass spectrometry and other analytical methods.

You’ll join the Characterization team within Analytical Development in Development Services, working on site with the Lab Services group to support three disciplines: cell culture development, purification

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant Science field or equivalent.
Understanding of mammalian cell culture for production, purification and analysis.
Understanding of cGMP regulations.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Interest in automation and lab analytics.

Responsibilities

Adherence to EHS rules and regulations is required at all times.
Under guidance of supervisor/seniors to perform daily equipment verification, media/buffer preparation, goods receiving, etc.
Document results in accordance with Lonza policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
General laboratory support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, etc.
Troubleshooting equipment issues and an interest in operational efficiency.
Any other duties assigned.
