Qualifications

Degree in a science field or equivalent.
Understanding of mammalian cell culture applications.
Understanding of cGMP regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Adherence to EHS rules and regulations.
Document results per Lonza policies and cGMP.
Ensure compliance with Quality and GxP requirements.
Uphold data integrity per Lonza policies.
General laboratory support (housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory).
Assist with cell culture activities under supervision (RFT).
Plan and prioritize laboratory work; draft records.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and seek operational efficiency.
Any other duties assigned.
