Proposal Engineer

Job summary

Airswift is seeking a qualified Proposal Engineer to prepare competitive technical and commercial bids for water and wastewater projects in Singapore. You will review tender specs, design processes, obtain vendor quotations, and develop cost-effective proposals for submission.

You’ll coordinate with engineering teams on clarifications, generate P&ID drawings, and help identify new business opportunities while travel to client meetings and site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proposal engineering experience.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel occasionally.

Role Summary

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant proposal engineering experience.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes including Filtration, UF, RO, EDI, SRU, MBBR and MBR.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and customer meetings.
