Randstad Singapore is seeking a seasoned Facilities and Leasing Manager to oversee store fit-outs, maintenance, and landlord relationships across the retail network. You will lead renovations, relocations, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields, with five years' experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management, and strong negotiation and project

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management.

Responsabilités

Lead store fit-out projects from initial planning through completion.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, tender processes, and contractor selection, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Oversee maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all retail outlets, F&B locations, offices, warehouses, and company assets through proactive preventive maintenance programs.
Identify and evaluate potential new commercial locations to actively support company expansion plans.
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations, while managing ongoing relationships with landlords, mall operators, and property managers.
