Job summary

Asia Advance Human Resource seeks a Property Executive to support project marketing and launch coordination. The role focuses on AML checks, customer inquiries, and administrative duties surrounding EC projects in Singapore.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to prepare promotional materials, manage show units, and coordinate post-launch activities. Entry level candidates are welcome and training is provided to develop expertise in real estate marketing.

Qualifications

• AML checks before and after sales
• Handle customer enquiries for new projects
• Assist in eligibility checks for EC projects
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for project launches
• Knowledge of Singapore real estate market and regulations

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties including AML checks and purchaser queries
• Project pre-launch marketing and launch coordination with Marketing Manager
• Collaborate with ID, main contractor and external vendors for show units and sales gallery
• Manage marketing campaigns for new residential launches and digital marketing
• Oversee post-launch activities: show unit condition, customer feedback, commission processing, TOP/Handing Over tasks
