Job summary

• Manage building budgets, monitor utility consumption, and track maintenance expenditures.
• Ensure the property adheres to local safety and fire regulations.
• Conduct performance audits on IFM vendors to meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Prepare monthly management and incident reports, and conduct regular client meetings.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Operations & Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, building services, and vendor contracts (e.g., security, cleaning, landscaping).
• Tenant & Stakeholder Management: Manage tenant relations, resolve feedback, and coordinate fit-out or reinstatement works.
• Financial Oversight: Manage building budgets, monitor utility consumption, and track maintenance expenditures.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to local safety and fire regulations (e.g., SCDF rules, FSM requirements).
• Contract Administration: Conduct performance audits on IFM vendors to ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, incident reports, and conduct regular client or site meetings.
