Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site/Customer Service Assistant to support defect rectification and customer complaints handling in a real estate project.

You will liaise with the main contractor to ensure timely handovers and conduct quality inspections to certify readiness of units. The role requires at least 1 year in real estate and customer service, with good problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum A Level or Diploma in Real Estate/Building.
• At least 1 year in real estate and customer service.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Adaptable to new and changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service in liaising with main contractor for handover prep.
• Conduct quality inspection of all units to identify defects and certify readiness.
• Ensure defects rectification within timeline by coordinating with contractor and owners.
• Assist in resolving owners' complaints from defects, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
