Job summary

Job description

• Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.
• Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of building and systems);
• Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works.
• Prepare and justify for variation of works; and
• Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management or client.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year' s relevant experience in property management environment.
• CFMC Tier 4 certification preferred
