Job summary

PROPERTY FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Manager in Singapore to oversee the operations of assigned buildings. The role involves monitoring expenditures, evaluating tenders, and ensuring maintenance through effective contractor management.

Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management with at least 3 years of experience in strata-titled properties. Responsibilities include preparing management reports and ensuring policy compliance.

• Knowledge of Building Management & Strata Management Act.

Handle contracts renewal / up-keeping of contractual records.

Prepare monthly management reports.

Ensure compliance with divisional policies & ISO procedures.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in managing strata-titled properties / property management environment
• Demonstrate exemplary leadership in guiding sub-team members to achieve corporate objectives.
• Able to handle multiple projects and be stationed at HQ office
• Possess excellent interpersonal skill
• Fully conversant in MCST regulations and its application
• Knowledge of Building Management & Strata Management Act
