Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, is recruiting a Property/Facilities Manager to oversee township property upkeep, tenants' feedback, pest management supervision, estate inspections and regulatory compliance.

The role includes cost management and vendor performance verification. You will work with senior management, MPs and grassroot leaders to plan improvements and upgrades across HDB estates, and ensure timely payments and adherence to contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant township properties/operations experience.
• Strong understanding of public housing estate management and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of public housing estates and commercial properties.
• Manage residents/tenants feedback and enquiries; ensure timely responses.
• Supervise pest management and cycle maintenance; compliance with safety laws.
• Verify work completed and manage vendor performance and payments.
• Engage MPs, grassroot leaders to plan improvement projects and upgrades.
• Ensure contract compliance and attainment of cleanliness/maintenance goals.
