Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Officer to be based at AMK. Working hours are 8.30 am–6.00 pm, Mon–Fri, with possible overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required.

The role involves overseeing property upkeep, handling residents' feedback, supervising pest control, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Salary bands are shown for junior and senior levels, with HP allowance, VB and AWS included.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in managing township properties/operations.
• Strong understanding of public housing estate management, government regulations, and compliance standards will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property upkeep and manage residents' feedback and enquiries.
• Supervise pest management and estate inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendors.
• Plan and supervise maintenance of estate infrastructure (water pumps, roofs, lifts, lamp posts, etc.).
• Ensure timely payment to vendors and monitor contract obligations.
• Engage residents and leaders to plan improvement projects like covered linkways and playground upgrades.
• Assist with Property Management and Project Management Services and related submission processes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
