Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in township properties/operations.
• Knowledge of public housing estate management and government regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property upkeep and respond to residents' feedback.
• Supervise pest management and estate inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendors.
• Plan maintenance and upgrade projects for HDB estates.
