Job summary

Singapore Land Limited is seeking a Project Executive to support the Project Manager in delivering property development projects in Singapore. This hands-on role covers project planning, consultant coordination, authority submissions, and construction delivery, while also managing project documentation and meeting coordination to keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience with a developer, consultancy, or contractor handling Singapore projects.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in managing development projects from design development through construction to TOP and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely design development, submissions, and responses.
• Track project programmes, milestones, and key deliverables, and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, site activities, and consultant deliverables.
• Support coordination of design, technical issues, and consultant inputs.
