Job summary

SINGLAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Executive to support the Project Manager in end-to-end delivery of Singapore property development projects.

This technical role offers exposure to project planning, consultant coordination, authority submissions, and construction delivery. You will handle project documentation, paperwork, and meeting coordination, ensuring records, submissions, and communications are well organised and up to date, while supporting cost control and

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with a developer, consultancy, or contractor handling Singapore projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in managing development projects from design through construction to TOP and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely design development, submissions, and responses.
• Track programmes, milestones, and deliverables; highlight risks or delays.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, site activities, and consultant deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
