Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of client servicing, customer service, marketing, business development or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable property recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships with timely professional assistance.
• Arrange and coordinate property viewings for clients.
• Assist with property handover, move-in and move-out procedures.
• Prepare tenancy and sales-related contracts and documents.
• Follow up on documentation, appointments and other property matters.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services.
• Support marketing activities across online and offline channels.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, client leads.
• Organise client engagement activities, campaigns and events.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance and service contracts.
• Support office events and client-related events.
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
