Job summary

Gain City in Singapore is seeking a friendly retail sales associate to engage walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and provide accurate information to guide purchases.

You will strive to meet daily and monthly sales targets, maintain appealing displays, and deliver post-sale support while working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level education.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales promotion, or selling consumer electronics preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Able to work under pressure and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
