Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking a City Guide, a personal shopping specialist who guides customers across categories to create seamless, high-value purchases.

You will advise across product categories, recommend bundles and warranties, cross-sell, and stay updated on promotions while collaborating with showroom teams to maximize sales and ensure premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, electronics preferred.
• Strong in upselling, cross-selling, and deal closing.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
