Job summary

Gain City is hiring a Sales Associate in Singapore to actively engage walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and provide post-sale support. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and increasing conversion through tailored recommendations.

You will maintain attractive displays, work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/ O Level education.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales promotion, or selling consumer electronics preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
