Job summary

Otto Waste Systems Singapore is seeking a Project Technician cum Driver to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role blends technical project tasks with transport duties, based in the Bukit Batok West Region, and involves client interaction and on-site support.

You'll perform equipment setup, maintenance, and driving duties, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to project milestones while developing hands-on engineering and mobility skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Min. Class 3 Driving License; Class 4 a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of related engineering experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on skills in equipment setup and on-site maintenance.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on mechanical and electrical project components to ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute daily servicing tasks and actively participate in site meetings to resolve technical issues and provide progress updates.
• Develop and plan detailed project schedules to meet milestones and deliver technical product presentations supporting project goals.
• Coordinate communication and activities with clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to enhance project outcomes.
• Perform secondary driver duties as needed to support project logistics and transportation requirements.

About the role

As a Project Technician cum Driver, you will play a crucial part in delivering our waste management and environmental services to our clients. You will be responsible for both the technical execution of projects and the reliable transportation of equipment and materials, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment whilst developing diverse technical and driving competencies.
