Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, a portable toilet supplier, for a role based in Admiralty, Singapore. The position is full-time with Monday to Friday office hours, offering a basic up to SGD 4,000 plus transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth project execution.
• Oversee daily operations, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project teams to monitor progress, improve productivity, and maintain work quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and workforce initiatives to enhance manpower retention, competency, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations by enforcing safety standards, conducting site audits, and taking corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies, provide timely communication with stakeholders.

Education

Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a relevant discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant operations experience, preferably within civil/infrastructure, construction, building, or project-based environments.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage
