Job summary

ZOHA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure work meets quality, schedule, and safety standards.

The role requires 21 to 25 years of hands-on supervisory site experience in construction, plus local safety certifications. You will lead workers, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, and liaise with engineers and clients to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• 21 to 25 years of hands-on supervisory or site-level experience in construction or project execution.
• Local safety and trade certifications (such as BCSS) in Singapore.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and track construction or project progress.
• Direct workers, assign tasks, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Monitor material usage, handle equipment and requisitions, and report daily progress to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients to align on schedules and milestones.

• Experience: 21 to 25 years of hands-on supervisory or site-level experience in construction or project execution.
• Certifications: Local safety and trade certifications (such as Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) or equivalent local workplace safety credentials in Singapore).
