Job summary

ASIS Technologies is seeking a hands-on Project/Service Engineer to join our HQ team in Singapore. You will install, test, and maintain security systems at client sites, including IP CCTV cameras, access control readers, and security software, ensuring on-time delivery and quality service.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in CCTV or IT systems, with strong TCP/IP networking and low-voltage wiring knowledge.

• 1–3 years of installing or servicing CCTV, access control, or IT network systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain our security systems at clients' business locations.
• Install, configure, and test IP CCTV cameras, access control readers, and security software at project sites.
• Troubleshoot on-site to identify and repair faulty hardware.
• Write clear service reports after completing site visits or maintenance checks.

Your Role:

As a Project/ServiceEngineer, you will install, test, and maintain our security systems at our clients' business locations.

• System Setup: Install, configure, and test IP CCTV cameras, access control card readers, and security software at project sites.
• Troubleshooting: Visit client sites to check equipment, find the cause of technical problems, and repair or replace faulty hardware.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with contractors and clients to ensure security systems are installed on time and follow the project plans.
• Reporting: Write clear and simple service reports after completing site visits or maintenance checks.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: A Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in installing or servicing CCTV, access control, or IT network systems. (Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Good basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks and low‑voltage electrical wiring.
• Attitude: You are a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys working on‑site and helping customers fix technical issues.
