Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor to lead security system projects in Singapore. You will collaborate with sales to capture client needs, plan projects, and allocate resources for CCTV, alarm and access control installations.

You will oversee installation, integrate systems, test performance, and provide training to clients while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics or any Engineering related courses.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in site supervision with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation knowledge.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to understand orders and client’s security needs and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation of security systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Integrate various security systems and conduct testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and installation records.
• Assist with system training sessions for clients and prepare training slides.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ISO45001 safety procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Job description

• Basic up to $4,200 + Bonus + AWS

• 5 Days Work Week Only

• Annual Leave : 14 days

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design

• To collaborate with respective sales staff to understand the sales order and client’s security needs and requirements.

• To collaborate with clients to confirm and understand their security needs and requirements.

• To reconfirm the security design and solutions, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and other security systems before executing the order.

• To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• To manage contractors’ allocation, procurement of materials with Project Manager.

System Installation and Integration

• To oversee the installation of security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

• To integrate various security systems.

• To conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.

Technical Support

• To address technical & malfunction issues of the system during hangover stage.

• To provide technical information to Service and Operations Team during handover stage.

Documentation and Reporting

• To prepare and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assigned projects, including design plans and installation records.

Client Communication and Training

• To assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users on system operations and best practices.

• To prepare system training slides for internal and external training.

Compliance and Safety

• To ensure all security systems comply with the relevant regulations and standards.

• To implement safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.

• To stay up to date on the latest advancements in security technology and industry trends.

Team Coordination and Management

• To coordinate with Project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors and internal teams

• To manage & monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.

• To liaise with suppliers on equipment model and quotations.

Quality Assurance

• To conduct quality assurance checks to ensure systems meet performance standards.

• To implement best practices for security system installation and maintenance.

• To adhere to safety and health procedures and rules documented in ISO45001.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics or any Engineering related courses

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors

• Must have hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation knowledge.

• Must be computer literate.
