Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching and performance management to ensure team members achieve their individual targets
• Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline management using CRM systems
• Contribute to the development of sales processes, tools and resources to enhance team efficiency
