N8XT AEROSPACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Quality Coordinator to coordinate project documentation and compliance activities across the lifecycle.

You will be the liaison between Operations and Quality, ensuring templates and records are used and audit readiness is maintained. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating reviews, tracking corrective actions, and supporting audits. This role focuses on documentation management and process compliance rather than performing

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in a related field as listed.
No experience required; 1-2 years in project administration is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel for tracking.
Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage project documentation in accordance with procedures.
Ensure teams use approved templates, forms, and records.
Monitor completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of docs.
Coordinate reviews, approvals, revisions, and retention activities.
Maintain project document registers and filing structures.
Support compliance with procedures and project requirements.
Identify missing records and coordinate corrective actions.
Track audit findings and corrective actions to closure.
Prepare records for audits and ensure audit readiness.
Act as primary contact for project compliance matters.
Coordinate project reviews and maintenance of related records.
