Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Technical Administrator / Document Controller for an aerospace MRO environment in Singapore. You will maintain technical publications, revisions and controlled records to support engineering and operations.

Join a team working with Engineering, Workshops, Quality and Planning to manage manuals, service bulletins and archival records, contributing to accurate documentation and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical administration, document control, or engineering support within aviation/MRO or manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical publications, maintenance manuals, technical orders, service bulletins and other controlled documents in accordance with established procedures
• Manage publication revisions, including tracking Publication Change Orders, Technical Data Revisions, Record of Revisions and List of Effective Pages
• Maintain accurate technical records by scanning, digitizing, indexing, filing and archiving maintenance and component repair documentation
