Job summary

N8XT Aerospace seeks a Project Quality Coordinator to ensure project documentation and compliance across the lifecycle. You will serve as the interface between Operations and Quality, enforcing templates, records, and audit readiness within project teams.

Responsibilities include managing document control, coordinating reviews and approvals, tracking corrective actions, and supporting internal and external audits. No audits performed by you, but evidence collection is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 1–2 years in project administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel reports and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project documentation management per organizational procedures.
• Ensure project teams use approved templates, forms, and records.
• Monitor completeness and timely submission of required project documentation.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, revisions, and record retention activities.
• Maintain project document registers and filing structures.
• Support project governance and workflows to ensure compliance.
