Job summary

XIE HE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Project Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee aluminium & glazing projects from documentation to site execution.

You will coordinate with main contractors, suppliers, and the site team, manage schedules, prepare submissions, and support billing and filing. This role requires meticulous organization and proactive communication to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project documentation: tidy quotations, POs, DOs, invoices, drawings, contracts.
• Project tracking: follow schedule, material scheduling, progress plans.
• Prepare documents: submission, work orders, delivery orders, site docs.
• Communication: liaise with main contractor, suppliers, site team.
• Material coordination: aluminium, glass, hardware coordination.
• Site coordination: arrange/install team, deliveries, site measurements.
• Billing support: assist with progress claims and invoices.
• Filing: manage project files, both soft and hard copies.
• Meetings: arrange project meetings, record minutes, follow up actions.
• General admin: assist PM with daily admin, MOM, accident report, insurance claims.
