Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT project management within financial services or consulting, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT Project Management experience in Financial Services / Investment Banking or consulting.
• Strong delivery mindset with ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, automation or data analytics in enterprise settings is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects across Asia in Sales & Trading/Equities.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedIT Project Managerto join a regional technology team within a leading global financial services organisation. The role will support technology initiatives across Asia, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders across theEquities / Sales & Tradingenvironment.

The role will involve managing technology projects across the full project lifecycle, including business analysis, feasibility assessment, delivery, governance and implementation. The successful candidate will also contribute to initiatives leveragingAI, GenAI, automation and data analyticsto improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects supportingSales & Trading / Equitiesbusinesses across Asia.
• Lead business analysis, feasibility assessments and project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with business, technology and product teams to manage a portfolio of technology initiatives.
• Deliverbusiness expansion, regulatory change and product-related technology projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Control functions on front-to-back delivery and testing.

• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experiencein IT Project Management within Financial Services, Investment Banking or a major consulting firm.
• Strong experience managingtechnology projects within financial services, ideally supporting Sales & Trading or Equities.
• Good understanding oftechnology delivery, data flows, system integration and SDLC/PLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience withAI, GenAI, automation or data analyticsin an enterprise environment is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities and complex/ambiguous requirements.
• Strong proficiency inMS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge ofAsian financial markets and exchangesand relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience acrossEquities, Derivatives and/or Securities Lending.
• Experience delivering large-scaleregulatory change programmeswithin capital markets.
• Previous experience working within aglobal bank, investment bank or financial services consultancy.
