Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing construction projects.
• Proven managerial experience with supervisory skills to lead teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead meetings with clients, consultants, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and related parties.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, buyers, estimators, and surveyors to prepare the site.
• Develop detailed work programmes and strategic plans to drive project completion on schedule.
• Plan and organize delivery and storage of equipment and materials to prevent site issues.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and workforce to maintain clear information flow.
• Drive project efficiency by monitoring quality and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Job Summary

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish by coordinating with stakeholders, planning work programmes, ensuring safety compliance, and driving efficient project execution as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead meetings with clients, consultants, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and related parties to align project objectives and progress
• Liaise with architects, engineers, buyers, estimators, and surveyors to prepare the site and ensure readiness before construction begins
• Develop detailed work programmes and strategic plans to drive project completion on schedule
• Plan and organize delivery and storage of equipment and materials to proactively prevent site issues
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during construction
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and timely progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the public, and workforce to maintain clear information flow
• Drive project efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring work quality and resolving issues promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company relevant to the Project Manager role
