Job summary

Billigence in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and work onsite with a client. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore and able to commit to five days on site.

You will lead governance, risk and compliance (GRC) related projects, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and manage stakeholder relationships. Experience implementing ServiceNow is required, with strong project planning and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Project manager.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow.
• Experience in managing GRC-related projects (governance, risk and compliance related projects).
• Must be currently based in Singapore and happy to work onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalateto management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
