Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager / experienced Project Engineer to oversee technical projects from planning and site implementation through testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
• Experience in managing technical projects from planning to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties during execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements and site activities.
• Review specifications, drawings and layouts to ensure requirements are implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Monitor deliverables, quality and progress; take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct project and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
