Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced project manager to lead security system projects from planning to handover at our Jurong East site. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years of project management experience, a relevant Diploma, and strong problem-solving on-site. Expect variable bonus and comprehensive welfare as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall work progress.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
