Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Project Manager to lead security system projects from planning to completion in Jurong East. The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams on a daily basis.

The company offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:30am-5:30pm) with a variable bonus and excellent welfare. Diploma holders with 2-3 years of PM experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jurong East.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall work progress.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
