Job summary

OCBC in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex Order Management & Execution projects in our wealth platform. You will champion Agile practices, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, and engage senior stakeholders to align on priorities. A degree in a related field and 12+ years PM experience with Agile/Scrum are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution and Delivery of complex Order Management & Execution projects in wealth platform.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Facilitate Squad cadences for Agile squads. Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Analyze and improve team processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Weekly / Monthly performing reporting for squads and teams.
