Job summary

AIK Leong Plumbing Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil/Structural Site Engineer to support project managers on sewer works. You will review technical documents, plan execution, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and consultants on site.

Fresh graduates welcome; 2 years' experience in sewer works preferred. PE Board recognition is required and proficiency in MS Office is expected for effective project delivery in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE Board recognition required.
• Min. 2 years experience in sewer works or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with LTA/PUB/JTC projects preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organised and meticulous with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Good analytical, supervision and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in on-site technical/engineering matters and authority submissions.
• Prepare Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
• Plan & track project progress with PMs and Supervisors to align with completion timelines.
• Supervise and ensure projects meet procedures, quality standards and contractual specs.
• Ensure all site personnel comply with statutory and client requirements.
• Ensure environmental, safety and health practices are carried out.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
• Preparatation of Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and any other technical documents.
• Co-ordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
• Plan & Track the project progress with the help of the Project managers and Supervisors and aligning with the Project Completion Timeline.
• Supervise and ensure projects are carried out in accordance to company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• Ensuring all site personnel are carrying out works in accordance to statutory compliance & client's requirements.
• Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
• Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering MUST BE recognised by PE Board
• Min. 2 year Experience in Sewer Works related or equivalent
