Job summary

GSM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, from planning through final handover. You will manage schedules, budgets and resources to meet project objectives.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA and Site teams; review drawings and specs; liaise with customers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Lead FAT, commissioning and handover while upholding quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage project costs, risks, and changes.
• Review technical drawings and project specifications.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.
• Lead, coach, and support project team members.
