Job summary

CONNECT ENERGY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate manufacturing and refurbishment activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies, contract terms and client requirements.

You will develop and manage the Contract Master Schedule, drive timely execution, maintain the quality system, and oversee invoicing, POC reporting, and MRP-related tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in upstream energy equipment supply with manufacturing knowledge.
• 5+ years as Project Manager on projects of $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams per internal policies and contract.
• Execute project safely and efficiently per contract and specs.
• Develop and manage Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and align departments with schedule requirements.
• Maintain compliance with the Company Quality System.
• Manage invoicing schedule, POC reporting, and all activities in the MRP system.
• Independently handle typical project management activities with support as needed.

Job Description:

• Effectively coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams related to Project deliverables with respect to internal and customer specific requirements as defined by internal policies and procedures and Contract.


• Execute the Project in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with the contract and specifications.


• Develop and help manage the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and convey the schedule requirements to all departments for buy-in to project requirements.


• Maintain compliance with the Company Quality System.


• Manage invoicing schedule, POC reporting, andall activities in the MRP system to complete all tasks.


• Generally work independently on typical project management activities, with support provided in navigating execution, understanding the product and interfaces, and supporting Customer in developing their offshore campaign.

Requirements:

• Preferably 7 + years of experience in an upstream Energy equipment supply business with knowledge of processes within a manufacturing organization.


• Minimum 5+ Years as a Project Manager working on projects of $10M and above. Good knowledge and understanding of contracts and terminology.
