Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Project Manager to coordinate manufacturing and refurbishment efforts, ensuring all deliverables meet contract requirements.

You will develop and manage the Contract Master Schedule, communicate schedule needs to multiple departments, and maintain compliance with the Quality System.

The role includes monitoring invoicing, POC reporting, and MRP activities, while supporting offshore campaigns for customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams on project deliverables per internal policies.
• Ensure deliverables align with customer requirements and contract specifications.
• Execute the project safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop and manage the Contract Master Schedule and communicate it to departments for buy-in.
• Maintain compliance with the Company Quality System.
• Manage invoicing schedule, POC reporting, and all MRP system activities.
• Support the Customer in offshore campaign execution.
