Job summary

Manufacturing MNC in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive NPI, FAT, product and technology transfer initiatives while leading cost reduction and continuous improvement programs. You will manage customer reviews and document lessons learned to ensure successful project closeout.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development, provide regular updates, support RFQs, pricing strategies, and monitor project

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Engineering / Science / Business or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of Project Management experience in Semiconductor / Manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience with NPI / product transfer / technology transfer is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI, FAT, product and technology transfer initiatives while leading cost reduction, continuous improvement programs, customer reviews, and project closeout activities with lessons learned documentation.
• Lead customer and internal projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource planning, and risk management to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development, providing regular project updates and driving timely resolution of issues.
• Support commercial activities including RFQs, quotation preparation, pricing strategies, lead-time commitments, and monitor project financial performance to achieve business objectives.
