Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ICT Project Lead to drive application projects and manage project teams across the SDLC. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring quality documentation.

The role requires 6+ years in ICT with 3+ years in leading projects and teams, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. On-call support for critical systems and deployment activities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years ICT experience and 3 years leading ICT projects and teams.
• Full Time involvement in at least 1 SDLC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent technical written and SDLC documentation.
• Project planning, analytical thinking, and strong problem solving and project management skills; able to lead independently.
• Experience leading support teams in troubleshooting application and / or infrastructure issues.
• Certifications: CITPM, PMP.
• Ad hoc support for mission critical systems, 24/7 phone standby, night and weekend ICT activity such as support and deployment expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT application projects and project teams to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the SDLC.
• Provide on-call support for mission-critical systems as required, including nights and weekends.

Job description

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in relevant ICT experience and minimum 3 years in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams.
• Full Time involvement in at least 1 x SDLC
• Strong communication and presentation skill, excellent technical written and SDLC project documentation.
• Project Planning, Analytical thinking and strong problem solving and project management skills Self-motivate. Ability to work independently and a natural leader to set direction for team and project stakeholders
• Experience in leading support team in troubleshooting application and / or infrastructure issues
• Relevant ICT certification, CITPM, PMP
• Ad hoc support for mission critical system, 24/7 Phone Standby, Night and weekend ICT activity such as support, and deployment is expected
