Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a motivated candidate to support delivery of learning content projects in education, training, or eLearning. You will coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure on-time, quality results.

No prior project management experience is mandatory as training will be provided; learning content development and LMS familiarity are valued. Based at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, the role runs Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm on a 1-year contract (renewable).

Qualifications

• Experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools and LMS is required.
• Diploma or degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Formal PM experience not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning content projects with timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Monitor scope, risks, issues, and changes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Support quality checks to meet client requirements and learning objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Assist post-project reviews and related learning initiatives.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning content projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and project activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and changes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Support quality checks to ensure learning content meets client requirements and learning objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or learning content development is required.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
• Experience in project or programme coordination and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Formal Project Management experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or project management software is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.
